1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EpicReel ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. EpicReel is operated by Lab360 AI ("we", "our", "us").

2. Description of Service

EpicReel is a fitness video creation app that transforms your activity data into shareable highlight videos. The App:

• Imports activity data from Apple HealthKit and optional third-party fitness platforms (Polar, Fitbit, Wahoo)
• Accesses photos and videos from your device library captured during activity time windows
• Generates activity videos with statistics, route maps, and media overlays
• Provides activity history with maps and performance metrics

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' accounts
• Use the App to distribute malicious software or engage in any activity that could harm the service
• Reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

5. Health Data Disclaimer

EpicReel displays health and fitness data from Apple HealthKit and third-party fitness platforms. This data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• EpicReel is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any health or fitness data displayed in the App
• Always consult qualified healthcare professionals before making health or fitness decisions
• Do not rely on the App for any medical, diagnostic, or treatment purposes

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and other content you provide to the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of generating activity videos and providing the App's features.

• We do not claim ownership of your User Content
• We do not use your User Content for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the App's services
• Your generated activity videos are private and accessible only to you unless you choose to share them
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you provide to the App

7. Third-Party Integrations

The App allows you to connect third-party fitness platforms including Polar, Fitbit, and Wahoo. These integrations are optional and subject to the following:

• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
• You may disconnect any third-party integration at any time through the App's settings
• We store OAuth credentials securely to maintain your connections and revoke them upon disconnection or account deletion

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Lab360 AI and protected by intellectual property laws. The EpicReel name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Lab360 AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's Settings
• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed as described in our Privacy Policy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lab360 AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
